The Salt and Lemon Foot Soak

A relaxing yet powerful way to fight nail fungus at home.

You’ll need:

  • ¼ cup Epsom or sea salt

  • 1 lemon (sliced) or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • Warm water

How to use:

  1. Fill a basin with warm water.

  2. Add the salt and lemon, stirring until the salt dissolves.

  3. Soak your feet (or hands) for 15–20 minutes.

  4. Gently rub the affected area to exfoliate.

  5. Rinse and dry completely.

Repeat this 3–4 times a week to notice visible results.
