“I am the mother of Noelia Castillo. I have decided to denounce the men who did so much harm to my daughter. I do it because I feel that is what she wanted. Noelia spoke of the rapes on television,” Ramos said in the video.

“My daughter is not going to be returned to me, and I do it for her. And also for other girls who have experienced the same thing, but don’t report it. And that is not fair. I just want justice. It’s the only thing I can do for my daughter, Noelia Castillo. That she will never be forgotten. Thank you for listening to me,” she said.
