How to Make 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (yellow or spice flavor)

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

Instructions:

  1. Preheat: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

  2. Mix: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pumpkin puree until smooth and fully blended.

  3. Fill: Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
