A Life Flight air ambulance was dispatched to transport Heather to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise. The mountain bikers stayed by her side, with one even lifting her onto his bike to expedite the rescue, saving precious time for emergency crews.

The Blaine County Sheriff’s Office expressed deep gratitude to everyone involved, including local search and rescue teams, Life Flight 76, deputies, and the courageous bikers who guided the crew and offered aid until Heather was safe.
