Despite being nonverbal and needing daily support, James has made incredible progress, including being seizure-free for over a decade — a huge relief for Colin and his family.
Inspired by James’s courage, Colin founded the Colin Farrell Foundation, supporting families of children with intellectual disabilities. By sharing their story, he hopes to honor James’s strength and raise awareness for others in similar situations.
