Hawaiian-Style Chili Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Ground Beef 2 pounds
Onions, chopped 6
Red Bell Peppers, chopped 2
Stewed Tomatoes (with juice) 2 cans (16 oz each)
Kidney Beans (with liquid) 2 cans (15.5 oz each)
Tomato Sauce 1 can (16 oz)
Pineapple Chunks, drained 1 can (16 oz)
Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the beef over high heat until no longer pink.
Step 2: Add chopped onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
Step 3: Drain off extra fat if desired.
Step 4: Stir in stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and pineapple chunks.
Step 5: Add chili powder and salt. Mix well.
Step 6: Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until thick.
Step 7: Serve hot with cheese, sour cream, or green onions on top.
