Coca-Cola Fans Spot ‘Hidden Message’ in the Iconic Logo

Few brands in the world are as instantly recognizable as Coca-Cola. For more than 130 years, the company’s famous red-and-white script has stood as a symbol of refreshment and tradition.

But recently, fans have been pointing out what they believe to be a “hidden message” in the legendary logo — sparking plenty of curiosity online.

The Coca-Cola drink was first created in 1886 by Dr. John Pemberton, a pharmacist from Atlanta, Georgia. A few years later, in 1892, businessman Asa Griggs Candler acquired the formula and founded The Coca-Cola Company. From there, the beverage quickly grew from a local soda fountain favorite into a worldwide phenomenon.

While the company has since expanded with countless new products, designs, and flavors, the original Coca-Cola logo remains unchanged — and continues to attract attention for its timeless style.

Now, a closer look at the swirled lettering has many people asking: was there more to the design than meets the eye?
