Kenadie was born with a very uncommon type of dwarfism, which has been identified in less than 100 individuals globally.

Weight at birth: slightly less than one kilogram. Underdeveloped lungs, a high risk of developmental delays, and an extremely short life expectancy—sometimes only a few hours—are all symptoms of the illness, which affects the entire body.

After realizing how bad the situation was, Kenadie’s parents took the difficult but crucial choice to baptize her and bring her home so she could spend her last moments with loved ones rather than medical equipment.

However, destiny had other ideas.
